D 25 RT

This is the evolution of the by now tested ABX series; the driving section has completely been redesigned replacing the mechanical gearbox with an electrohydraulically-controlled two-speed hydrostatic transmission.
Ideally, the dumper is used to transport and distribute materials on building sites and road works. Thanks to the four-wheel drive hydrostatic transmission, it has gained in handling performance and agility covering the essential role of machine to serve building sites.
This model has been developed in 4 versions:
RT trilateral unloading – RF front unloading (also in the more compact SLIM version) – AC self-loading – PX with shovel-type loading. It epitomizes the best of Fiori technology in the field of hydrostatics and comfort on the compact machines without neglecting handling and operator safety.
1000 l flush steel box for 2.5 ton capacity, central heavy duty articulation, epicycloïdal reduction gears with internal oil-bath brakes, two-speed hydrostatic transmission and low noise are the main features that distinguish it from the other machines in its category. High reliability and constant safety in all fields of use, on any terrain and in any conditions, as well as the assurance of dealing with a Group that for more than 60 years has been at the service of building sites and its customers.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Made up of dual hydraulic gear pump and dis- tributor with lever and/or cloche control. Max payload: 35 l/min Max pressure:150 bar Pressurized filtration system; the filter is replaceable from outside.

FOUR WHEEL DRIVE
Hydrostatic transmission with variable displa- cement pump and dual displacement hydraulic motor with electrohydraulic control for “slow-fast-reverse” modes. Air-oil exchanger for hydraulic oil cooling.

AXLES
Front: self-bearing, with planetary reduction gears on wheel-hubs. Rear: self-bearing, with planeratry reduction gears on wheel-hubs
and block assembled transfer box in the differential housing. Acting on all 4 wheels, fed by hydraulic independent brake pump.

PARKING AND EMERGENCY:
drum type on the front axle; mechanical lever controlled.

STEERING
Hydrostatic fed by indipendent pump with steering-wheel control. Displacement 4,5 cu.cm/rev. Working pressure, max: 100 bar. Controlled through steering cylinder acting on central articulation. Inside wheels min. steering radius: 2350 mm Outside wheels min. steering radius: 3650 mm Total steering radius: 60° (chassis articulation)

CHASSIS
Electro-welded steel structure, HEAVY DUTY articulation in central line with high resistance steel pressed dual pin. Total oscillation angle: 24° Hydraulic control of skip dumping by double-
acting hydraulic cylinder. Front skip: dumping and swivelling over 180°

DRIVER’S PLACE
Rational and ergonomic, easy access, central and elevated position, with excelent visibility. Anatomically designed seat with vertical and longitudinal regulation. ROPS-FOPS operator’s canopy .
