Production of fresh concrete means the maximum performance from the cement hydration process is obtained by avoiding the classic deterioration phenomena connected with climatic factors, excessive mixing, transport times, and/or compulsory breaks and other breaks in building site operations.

SUPERIOR MIX: A particular shape of the drum and the internal drum double screws means that an optimum mix is achieved producing high quality concrete. The mix has better homogeneity than that ensured by the equipment without a planetary pan mixers.

The extremely reduced distance (in time and space) separating the component site from the pouring site, together with the availability of the required amount of cement at the right time, make it possible to maximize productivity on the building site.

FAST LOADING: The special loader makes it easier to introduce the materials thanks to the Zeta kinematic mechanism guided by 5 hydraulic cylinders, easily controlled by the operator using a servocontrolled joystick integrated with forward movement by the machine.

The self-loading concrete mixer is a quality concrete production system that allows all loading, dosing, and mixing operations to be controlled by a single operator. In addition to there being no transport costs, the time equipment and manpower are idle is reduced, and wastage of material is avoided.

MIX CONTROL: The F6000 Mix Control has controlled and programmable management of water introduction in the drum, and allows the operator to control the mixing and pouring functions from the ground.

The FIORI machine’s excellent off-road mobility and manoeuvrability mean it can be placed at the pouring position (in all weathers), reducing the need for ancillary equipment such as cranes, sand and mortar pumps, dumper trucks, etc…

EASY DRIVE: The oscillating front axle, together with larger tyres and the high pressure automotive hydrostatic transmission, facilitates driving and equipment checks on any terrain. Fast and agile, with 4-wheel-drive and steering on all four wheels, the off-road ability of FIORI vehicles is impressive.

In addition to reducing fuel consumption, the on-site production of concrete helps in the use of recyclable and crushed products, that benefits the environment and saves energy. Our machines can be used whenever environmental licenses or permits in eco-sensitive areas are required.

LIGHT & CLEAN: The durable polyethylene tanks do not present problems of encrustation or water pollution. The pressurised hydraulic system makes maintenance easier. The contained weight of the vehicle and its compact size reduce both its footprint on the ground and damage to soil.

COMFORT : Ergonomic controls, maximum visibility on all four sides, quick reversibility of driving post with automatic repositioning, completely closed low noise cabin with fully tiltable doors, as well as ROPS and FOPS protection. The patented system for the drum rotation also allows checks on the mix directly from the cabin, combining driving reversibility with 360° unloading.
