Production of fresh-concrete means the maximum performance from the cement hydration process is obtained by avoiding the classic deterioration phenomena connected with climatic factors, excessive mixing, transport times, and/or compulsory breaks and other breaks in building site operations.

HIGH QUALITY MIXING: A particular shape of the drum and the internal drum double screws means that an optimum mix is achieved producing high quality concrete. The mix has better homogeneity than that ensured by the equipment without a planetary pan mixers.

The extremely reduced distance (in time and space) separating the component site from the pouring site, together with the availability of the required amount of cement at the right time, make it possible to maximize productivity on the building site.

CHECKS FROM GROUND LEVEL: this equipment facilitates work on the building site, making it possible to check the rotation of the drum from ground level near the chute.

The self-loading concrete mixer is a quality concrete production system that allows all loading, dosing, and mixing operations to be controlled by a single operator. In addition to there being no transport costs, savings are made on ancillary costs such as waiting for equipment to arrive, and there is no wastage of material.

AUTOMATIC BUCKET (SHUTTER): This function optimizes the loading of the materials by avoiding losses during the phase of loading components in the drum.

The FIORI machine’s excellent off-road mobility and manoeuvrability mean it can be placed at the pouring position (in all weathers), reducing the need for ancillary equipment such as cranes, sand and mortar pumps, dumper trucks, etc…

GREAT STABILITY: The oscillating front axle ensures excellent road holding on difficult and rough tracks even at full load. Manoeuvring it is both easier and faster thanks to the double-acting jack.

In addition to reduced fuel consumption, obtaining concrete on-site means that the right quantities for the yield are produced. The “just-in-time” production of concrete makes the organization of the building site easier and reduces the amount of manpower required.

FRONT WATER TANK: In addition to improved weight distribution and improved safety being ensured, the water tank placement at the front of the machine leaves easy access for it to be refilled.
