80 years of history
Every day, thousands of cubic meters of concrete are mixed, transported, and poured on many different construction sites around the world using FIORI GROUP products, particularly in Piling, Foundations, Concrete Products, Industrial & Residential Buildings, Urbanization, Railways, Roads, Bridges, Sewers, Irrigation, Tunnel Construction, Mining, and Concrete Supply. Since its founding in 1942, when Fioravante Malavolta decided to use components derived from army vehicles to design and produce machinery for the construction and road maintenance sectors, FIORI GROUP has maintained its focus on this business with the goal of deeply understanding and satisfying customer needs. It was this attitude that led the company in 1965 to create a vehicle that could simultaneously produce, transport, and pour concrete: the self-loading concrete mixer.
For the last 80 years, FIORI GROUP has optimized its technological innovation, production process, after-sales services, and relationships with vendors and distributors in the design and creation of solutions for producing concrete on-site and on-demand in the right quantity and quality.
Our efforts are not only aimed at selling products but, together with our customers, we want to produce systems capable of offering alternative solutions to the daily problems that arise on construction sites, with the ambition of reducing costs and environmental impact.

Building the future
After World War II Italy needed to be rebuilt. FIORI started making trucks adapting US Army old vehicles.
1956
The first 1 m³
The requirement of off-road mobility, drove FIORI to design his first 2WD / 1 m 3 capacity front tip compacted dumper.
1960
New 180° guides
For the first time ever in off-road dumpers, the 2.5 m 3 capacity dumper was equipped with the 180° pivoting driver’s seat.

4×4 revolution
The revolution for compacted dumpers: 4×4, hubs with planetary gears and the self loading hydraulic system.

The new concrete mixer
The first concept of SELF LOADING MIXER: an independent off-road vehicle able to make, deliver and cast concrete at any job sites.
1968
The new concept
In order to increase efficiency, FIORI applied his concept of 180° pivoting driver’s seat and the back loading arm to the self loading mixer.
1974
Maximum flexibility
Adaptation to a LOADER loading style and increasing the flexibility, introducing for the first time ever the 4WS in the self loading mixers.
1982
Maximum rotation
The first self loading mixer with 180° drum rotation in the market, improved the ability to pour concrete anywhere in the job site.
1991
New DB 150
Made for small job sites, thanks to the articulated frame, the 1.5 m 3 capacity, the DB150 was the most compacted SLM in the market.
1999
360° patent
In order to increase the flexibility and visibility of the pouring, FIORI patented an extended drum rotation system which permits a 270° chute positioning.
2010
The new DB 560 T
Difficult job sites ( as tunnels, mines, etc …) require off-road transit mixers built with 4WS and 4WD, and the 180° pivoting driver’s seat.
2011
Batch Controller
Equipped with the Fiori Batch Controller the CBV’s (Concrete Batching Vehicle) is the first SLM ever that can mix and pour “ certified concrete”.

The most “cost effective” SLM on the market. Reduced footprint, easy to transport, easy to operate, easy to maintain.

DB X35 Big Bag
The world’s first Self-Loading Mixer for dry-mixes. This innovative, internationally patented system for Self-Loading big bags has been awarded the SAMOTER INNOVATION AWARD 2017.

World’s First 180° Swivel Dumper
The D 70/100 SW. Featuring the 180° swiveling tipping body, those dumpers are the only “reversible 4WD x 4WS hydrostatic site-dumpers in the world with tri-lateral tipping system.

Next-Gen Safe Dumpers
From 3.0 to 5.5 ton payload capacity with ROPS protection, articulated chassis and 180° skip as standard feature. The distinctive access from both sides located at the “edges” of the vehicle offers the highest safety standard. DX is the only range in the market available with Hydrostatic or Electric version.
