Quality concrete
The double-cone drum, double mixing screw, and convex bottom ensure improved material homogenization and reduced mixing times. Mixing the concrete at the time of use preserves its performance, preventing deterioration caused by transportation, site downtime, excessive mixing, and weather conditions. The pressure sensor installed on the drum reducer monitors the data needed to control the expected slump .
Performance and mobility
The front oscillating steering differential, combined with oversized tires and a high-pressure automotive hydrostatic transmission, facilitates driving and control on any terrain. Agile and compact, with all-wheel drive and steering, FIORI GROUP concrete mixers impress with their off-road capabilities. The maneuverability and excellent off-road mobility of our vehicles allows them to reach the pouring positions directly in any construction site conditions.
Visibility and comfort
The patented drum rotation system allows for mixing control directly from the cab, with 360° unloading and rotation up to 245°, ensuring full visibility and the ability to check the consistency of the material from the driver’s seat, with the machine in position. The DB 460 machines are also equipped with a ground-level control panel that allows for managing water, mixing/unloading, and chute raising/lowering.
Ergonomics and safety
Protecting worker safety is an obligation no organization can ignore today. Designing a human-sized vehicle, developing the best ergonomics for the driver’s seat, and equipping it with the most modern safety devices on the market is a source of pride for FIORI GROUP. Our vehicles are equipped with a heated enclosed cab and are ROPS/FOPS certified. The cab is also mounted on silent blocks and equipped with ergonomic controls and a multifunction joystick.
Loading system
The loading arm, with self-compensating Z-bar kinematics and multifunction joystick control, ensures precise and intuitive control. The design of the loader and conveyor optimizes the introduction of materials into the drum. The closing door, operated by two cylinders, allows for metered discharge, reduces cement dust spillage, and releases excess material before loading thanks to the Tip-Off function.
CBV
The Concrete Batching Vehicle version integrates an exclusive dosing system with an on-board computer, capable of storing multiple recipes and monitoring the concrete production process in real time. It guides the operator through the mix design, ensuring precise dosing, a homogeneous mix, and consistent concrete quality. The system also automatically compensates for water based on the moisture content of the aggregates, maintaining the correct water/cement ratio. A final report certifies the characteristics of the concrete produced.

The DB 460 self-loading concrete mixer combines a high-capacity drum with an integrated loading shovel system, offering a complete solution for the production and transport of concrete directly to the construction site.
The drum ensures a uniform and constant mix thanks to continuous rotation, while the loading shovel allows for quick and precise dosing and loading of the aggregates, optimizing the concrete preparation phases.
