80 anni di storia
Ogni giorno, migliaia di metri cubi di calcestruzzo vengono miscelati, trasportati e gettati in molti cantieri differenti nel mondo attraverso i prodotti della FIORI GROUP, particolarmente nelle Palificazioni, Fondamenta, Prodotti in Calcestruzzo, Edifici Industriali & Residenziali, Opere di Urbanizzazione, Ferrovie, Strade, Ponti, Canalizzazioni, Irrigazione, Costruzione di tunnel, Miniere e Fornitura di Calcestruzzo. Da quando venne fondata nel 1942, quando Fioravante Malavolta decise di usare componenti derivate da veicoli dell’esercito per progettare e produrre macchinari per il settore edilizio e la manutenzione delle strade, FIORI GROUP ha mantenuto il suo focus in questo business con l’obbiettivo di capire profondamente e soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Fu questa attitudine che portò l’azienda nel 1965 alla creazione di un veicolo che potesse simultaneamente produrre, trasportare e gettare il calcestruzzo: la betoniera per calcestruzzo auto-caricante.
Per gli ultimi 80 anni FIORI GROUP ha ottimizzato la sua innovazione tecnologica, processo produttivo, servizi di post-vendita, relazioni con venditori e distributori nella progettazione e la creazione di soluzioni per produrre il calcestruzzo on-site e on-demand nelle giusta quantità e qualità.
I nostri sforzi non sono volti solamente a vendere i prodotti ma, insieme ai nostri clienti, vogliamo produrre sistemi capaci di offrire soluzioni alternative per i problemi quotidiani che emergono in cantiere, con l’ambizione di ridurre i costi e l’impatto ambientale.

After II World-War Italy needed to be rebuilt. FIORI started making trucks adapting US Army old vehicles.

The first 1 m³
The requirement of off-road mobility, drove FIORI to design his first 2WD / 1 m3 capacity front tip compacted dumper.
1960
New 180° guide
For the first time ever in off-road dumpers, the 2,5 m3 capacity dumper was equipped with the 180° pivoting driver’s seat.

4×4 revolution
The revolution for compacted dumpers : 4×4, hubs with planetary gears and the self loading hydraulic system.

The new concrete mixer
The first concept of SELF LOADING MIXER : an independent off-road vehicle able to make, deliver and cast concrete at any job sites.

The new concept
In order to increase efficiency, FIORI applied his concept of 180° pivoting driver’s seat and the back loading arm to the self loading mixer.
1974
Maximum flexibility
Adaptation to a LOADER loading style and increasing the flexibility, introducing for the first time ever the 4WS in the self loading mixers.
1982
Maximum rotation
The first self loading mixer with 180° drum rotation in the market, improved the ability to pour concrete anywhere in the job site.
1991
New DB 150
Made for small job sites, thanks to the articulated frame, the 1,5 m3 capacity, the DB150 was the most compacted SLM in the market.
1999
360° patent
In order to increase the flexibility and visibility of the pouring, FIORI patented an extended drum rotation system which permit a 270° chute positioning.
2010
The new DB 560 T
Difficult job sites (as tunnels, mines, etc…) require off-road transit mixers built with 4WS and 4WD, and the 180° pivoting driver’s seat.

Batch Controller
Equipped with the Fiori Batch Controller the CBV’s (Concrete Batching Vehicle) is the first SLM ever that can mix and pour “certified concrete”.

The X Generation
The most “cost effective” SLM on the market. Reduced footprint, easy to transport, easy to operate, easy to maintain.

DB X35 Big Bag
The world’s first Self-Loading Mixer for dry-mixes. This innovative, internationally patented system for Self-Loading big bags has been awarded the SAMOTER INNOVATION AWARD 2017.

World’s First 180° Swivel Dumper
The D 70/100 SW. Featuring the 180° swiveling tipping body, those dumpers are the only “reversible 4WD x 4WS hydrostatic site-dumpers in the world with tri-lateral tipping system.
